In an Integrative Approach

I'm a certified Psychologist and Coach, with an MA Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology, with over a decade of experience. I've also worked in the field of Organizational and Work Psychology on international markets. I'm currently in the training process to be a BioSomatic Psychotherapist.

I believe that everyone has the ability to tap into their inner resources and coping strategies to face difficulties—whether they be life challenges, deeper traumas, or personal growth opportunities. That is why I work with unique and creative solutions based on individual differences, tailored to each and every problem specifically.

During the sessions, I integrate my Psychological expertise, coaching knowledge and practical, real life experience from the world of Business & Recruitment, combining with - mainly cognitive behavioral (CBT) and Somatic techniques and exercises.

This integrative approach allows me to support my clients in achieving truly effective, practical, and long-term results.

Studies Show that,
The Way We Think
—our automatic thoughts, beliefs, and inner narratives
and that self-awareness
—the ability to understand our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, shape how we feel and act, and have a direct impact on both mental well-being and self growth. Yet, it’s something we rarely take time to truly explore.
Sometimes life brings questions,
that don't have straightforward answers.
You might be feeling overwhelmed, uncertain about your next step, or simply stuck in patterns that no longer serve you.
Wherever you are right now, it's okay to feel that things are difficult—and it’s also okay to seek support.

Psychological counseling isn’t about having something "wrong" with you. It’s about understanding yourself better, making sense of your emotions, and finding new ways to approach life’s challenges.

Taking the first step can feel uncertain, but even considering support is a sign of strength. If you’re ready, I’m here to walk this path with you.
